Linda Elaine Anderson
Linda Elaine (Rask) Anderson was born on February 12, 1945, in Siren,
Wisconsin. She was the daughter of Gosta and Margaret (Haste) Rask. Linda was baptized as an adult. She was a graduate of the Herman High School Class of 1963.
On November 3, 1963, Linda was united in marriage to Davind Anderson at Bethel Lutheran Church in Hoffman, Minnesota. Linda and David resided in Litchfield, Minnesota for the last 16 years. They shared 44 years of marriage.
Linda held employment at American Time and Signal in Dassel, Minnesota for 12 years. She was a member of First Lutheran Church in Litchfield and served as Luther League Leader at Bethel Lutheran Church in Hoffman. She was also a member of a quilting group and ladies coffee club, and the Forest City Thrashers.
Linda enjoyed camping, fishing, ice fishing, and hunting. She also enjoyed vegetable and flower gardening, playing cards, square dancing, and going to garage sales. She loved to spend time near the ocean. Linda especially enjoyed spending time with her family and friends.
Linda passed away on Thursday, May 8, 2008, at her home in Litchfield at the age of 63 years. Linda is preceded in death by her parents, Gosta and Margaret Rask;
and parents-in-law, Fritz and Alice Anderson
